If it is late
Past 45 minutes inside Wuse, Maitama or Garki and the delivery is on us — we take it off without being asked. Traffic on a Friday is the usual reason, and the rider will tell you where they are.

Where Is My Food?
Put in the reference from your confirmation and we will pull it up. Most orders are at your door inside 45 minutes; the kitchen stage is the one that varies.
Look up an order
Your reference looks like EF-4821 and is in the confirmation message. We check it against the kitchen board and reply on WhatsApp, which is where our riders report in.
If it arrived wrong
Cold, missing a side, or not what you ordered: message us the same day with the reference and a photo. We remake it or refund it. We do not argue about ₦2,000 of rice.

Five Stages, Every Order
So you know what your reference means when we quote a stage back at you.

Order received
We have your order and payment is confirmed. You will get a reference like EF-4821.

15 – 30 min
In the kitchen
Your pot goes on. This is the longest stage and the one we will not rush.

Packed
Plated, sealed, and into an insulated bag with the sides and cutlery.

With a rider
On the road. This is when we can tell you roughly how far out they are.
